Flying Car Prototype
A team of MIT alumni have developed a new flying car prototype, the TF-X, which could hit the markets within the next 10 years.
TF-X is perfect for urban environments as it is capable of vertical takeoff and landing. It fits four passengers, can be parked inside a standard single-car garage and, Discover reports, can travel 800 kilometres on one trip at speeds of up to 320 km/h. Best part: it’s a hybrid.
The TF-X will cost as much as a luxury car, but not everything is lost, there is a more affordable option.
World Record of Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen
Base jumpers Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen broke the new world base jump record by jumping from the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
